Netscrew is free and complete without a licence. The licence does exactly one thing: it turns off the two-second coffee message that appears on roughly one run in ten. There are no locked commands, no Pro tier, and nothing that expires. One key activates on up to five of your machines; n license remove on an old machine hands its seat back.
If you'd like your $5 back within 14 days of purchase, for any reason or none, open a ticket on the support page, choose Licence, billing & refunds, and include the order number from your receipt email. That's the whole process.
Your key is disabled and the coffee message comes back on your machines. Nothing else changes — every command keeps working exactly as before, because none of them were ever tied to the key.
If n license <key> won't activate, that's a bug or a mistake on my side until proven otherwise — open a ticket and I'll fix it or refund it, whichever you prefer, regardless of the 14 days.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the reseller and merchant of record, which handles VAT and sales tax. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by anything on this page.
